MI ND MANDALA
It's a map. It's a tool. It's a practice. It's a gentle reminder. It's Visionary Art. It's a way back to your center.
The MIND MANDALA is a map for your thoughts.
A gift of wisdom born from challenge, MIND MANDALA is a tool designed by two creatives to lead you from mental resistance back to the creative possibilities of the present.
Words & idea architecture by Melbourne Creator Michael Vafiadis have been
woven together with symbols & imagery by Artist Astara Eliris Amicus to guide you
& give clarity when you wander out from your center.
Two high quality print options are available to suit your taste, a beautiful gift to self or someone you love.
If you find yourself off your path follow this process below.
The MIND MANDALA Practice
Write down the thought or thinking that is the cause of any resistance, discomfort or suffering.
Locate that thought within one of the dimensions.
Acknowledge that thoughts in the outer dimensions are not reality & don't exist anywhere except in your mind. Accept your experience & that ultimately there is positive intent underlying these thoughts.
Then choose from the creation dimension in the center on how to go forwards.
Keep a list of the thoughts causing the discomfort and regularly read them out loud.
As they become familiar, they will lose their charge & their hold over your mind & focus.
