The MIND MANDALA Practice
- Write down the thought or thinking that is the cause of any resistance, discomfort or suffering.
- Locate that thought within one of the dimensions.
- Acknowledge that thoughts in the outer dimensions are not reality & don't exist anywhere except in your mind.
- Accept your experience & that ultimately there is positive intent underlying these thoughts.
- Then choose from the creation dimension in the center on how to go forwards.
- Keep a list of the thoughts causing the discomfort and regularly read them out loud.
- As they become familiar, they will lose their charge & their hold over your mind & focus.
