A playful, intuitive art experience designed to help you loosen up, let go of perfectionism & reconnect with your natural creative expression! No artistic experience necessary - just come as you are and let it flow. This 2 hour experience is for a couple or group of 3 - larger groups can have a bespoke Let It Flow - Group Creative Experience tailored to their needs via info@astaramagicalarts.com Transpersonal Art Therapy supports Individuals, Couples & Groups to connect with calming states & inner resources for better self understanding & resources for navigating life' experiences. Sessions focus on: + The healing states & capacities of Creative Practices. + The integration of past experiences for new perspectives. + Helpful Meaning making through life's twists & turns. + Mindfulness of making & how Creative processes can open up new pathways of being. + The Pleasure of process. + Art as a way of saying what words sometimes can't. + Getting to know the dynamic self - from Inner Conflict to Harmony. Cancellation Policy
One on one sessions & workshops are non-refundable. To reschedule a one on one appointment please provide 48 hours notice via +61431292991. Yoga & Dance classes are non-refundable. You can reschedule with 1 weeks notice before your scheduled class to another class by the same teacher.
